Seth Myers Pokes Fun At SCOTUS Succession Controversy
Seth Myers takes a look at the political posturing - the jiggery pokery, as it were - that started immediately after the untimely death of conservative Justice Antonin Scalia. He take a few pokes at the GOP debate, then gets in a dig at Marco Rubio, who insists the Constitution be interpreted as it was originally meant - except for the part about the president nominating a Supreme Court justice, of course.
