I should add that when eBay first opened up shop, there was a clown who was selling brand new laptops for $10. In his ad, he clearly stated that it was a brand new photograph of the computer. After several people got burned, eBay shut down the ad and got very restrictive to prevent fraud like the magnifying glass or photo.
