Here we go...
...the first round of FDA regulation has begun. Proposed initial regs are pretty much common sense - manufacturing and labeling standards, age restrictions on purchase. What we're seeing here is the groundwork for future regulation, though, and where that goes... who knows.

It was bound to happen. Not that some regulation doesn't make sense, but often it's an overreach.

Smart regulation would be a good thing, regulation that benefits the consumers. Regulation that benefits big business while squashing the enormous cottage industry that's sprung up will be bad. I'm not very hopeful that we'll get the former.

I didn't read all the way through, but it makes sense. There have been almost no studies on the safety of ecigs; certainly none long term.
