When Adam Savage isn't busy blowing stuff up while filming Mythbusters, he's often found tinkering about in his San Francisco workshop. It's home to an incredible number of gadgets and sci-fi memorabilia that his Mythbuster cash has funded over the years.

You can find Adam Savage's mancave here.

This April 15, a strange anniversary passed without comment. Twenty years ago on that date, a cheap-looking, utterly surreal TV show aired at 11:00 p.m. on a network that showed nothing but reruns of crusty old cartoons. That show was Space Ghost Coast to Coast, and over the next two decades it would completely reshape Cartoon Network in its image, spawning the entirety of Adult Swim and inspiring a new generation of surreal humorists.

Created by James Cawley in 2003 (the first episode went online in 2004!), Phase II continues the five year mission of the original Star Trek series as if the show was never canceled after its third season in 1969.

So you loved the late Don Adams. And you loved the late Ed Platt. And even at age 80, you think Barbara Feldon is hot.

Get in here Laraby. Hymie, kill the light. Not The Craw, The Craw. Missed it by that much.

...and me, because I certainly meet both criteria. Here's the story of how Cheers' opening credits and iconic logo came to be, inspired by a tremendously clever Halloween costume (the story, not the opening).
